    1) Samak Rice Pulao Recipe

    ● Take one glass of samak rice in a bowl and wash it in clean water 2 to 3 times, soak it for 20 minutes, then drain the water and keep the rice aside. Take a pan or kadhai, switch on the gas, and add one tablespoon of gir ghee from House of Veda,

    2) Kuttu or Singhara Cheela -Groundnut oil

    ● Take a bowl, add Kuttu and Singhara atta, add mashed potatoes, chopped ginger, cumin seeds, green chillies, coriander leaves, sendha namak, and black pepper.

    ● Add water to the batter to make it thick. Just like dosa batter, let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

    ● Heat a pan and grease it with House of Veda Groundnut oil, and pour batter into the centre of the tawa, spread the batter, add Gir ghee or groundnut oil on the edges and top. Cook it until it becomes golden brown.

    ● Flip the cheela with a spatula and cook another side for 2 minutes and take it out and serve it with yogurt.

    ● Take a Pan, add Gir ghee, add makhana, and roast it until it becomes brown; you can add a pinch of rock salt or black pepper.
